Probably niche, but I'd also suggest having it reset back to "can I" in the event they say no for whatever reason. Assuming that's not already in place.The phrasing is "Can I?" the first time and "Hey wanna do that again?" the second time.
Keep in mind that having an athletic focus isn't just about having a physical head start, but also being a person who is interested in and mentally engaged by training, athletics and working out. Even if one person has just as many training sessions as another, the one who actually *likes* training is going to get so much more out of each one. The same way someone interested in art is gonna learn faster than someone who isn't.I feel like a year of training with Laura would equal things out physically, no matter what background you chose.
Maybe it can give you an advantage in baseball.
Or how someone who likes to read and learn will get so much more out of an hour of studying compared to
